Standard  $145/nt based on 2 guests (excludes periods above)
extra guests $25/nt per person ( capped at $260/nt)

Thoroughly clean the property before you go or pay a $35 for the standard villas or $55 for an executive property cleaning fee (see note below)
A booking fee of $22 applies to total for all bookings

EXECUTIVE ACCOMMODATION: 2 Queen Place, Sandcastles1

Peak / High  December and  January / Easter (4 nt min)/ special events (3 nt min)/ Long Weekends (3 nt min) - $320/nt
Standard $185/nt based on 2 guests (excludes periods above)
extra guests $25 per night per person (capped at $320/nt)

Thoroughly clean before you go or pay a $60 cleaning fee (see note below)
A booking fee of $22 applies to all bookings

Conditions of Tenancy

1.             CHECK IN: from 2.00pm

2.             CHECK OUT: by 10.00am

3.             KEYS:  Your keys are located in a key safe on the property for your convenience. Once bookings have been paid for in full including receipt of any vouchers, you will be given a code for entry. Please contact us 1 week prior to your arrival to obtain  code.

4.             STRICTLY NO SMOKING inside the properties. Please respect the environment and dispose of butts thoughtfully.

5.             LINEN: For health and hygiene reasons, linen and bedding must be used on all beds. Optional linen purchase of $10 per person is available for some of the properties.

6.             CLEANING:  Brooms, mops and cleaning materials are provided to allow you to maintain the premises during your stay and that the next guests arrive to find a pleasant and clean atmosphere. Bookings are only accepted on the condition that tenants clean the property prior to their departure. This includes wiping out fridge & stove/oven, vacuuming, washing floors, disinfecting toilets. Alternatively, you may choose to pay a cleaning fee ($40 villas & $60 exec) and we will arrange to have the unit cleaned. The accommodation will be checked for cleanliness following each departure. Additional charges apply for units not left clean for the next tenancy.

7.             STRICTLY NO PETS are permitted at the property.

8.             The number of guests accommodated at any property must not exceed the number of beds provided. The number of guests also must not exceed those you have declared in the booking.  No camping is allowed in the property grounds. 

These issues are a breach of faith and are considered by Country Getaways to be breach of legal contract between us. We are prepared to pursue our legal entitlements should they occur

9.             DAMAGE: The property has been inspected for damage prior to your stay and immediately after.  Please inspect the property upon your arrival and certainly contact us immediately with any concerns.  In the unlikely event that there is pre-existing damage of a significant nature, please advise us immediately. We reserve the right to recover costs in relation to significant damage caused during your stay.

10.          UPON DEPARTURE please lock all windows and doors and put the keys back in the key safe and re-scramble numbers to lock.

11.          CANCELLATION:

            If cancelled 6 weeks or more prior to occupancy:            $20 admin fee only
If cancelled  3-5 weeks prior to occupancy                       10% of cost of accommodation plus admin fee ($20)
If cancelled 2 weeks prior to occupancy                            50% of cost of accommodation plus admin fee
If cancelled within 1 week prior to occupancy                  100% of cost of accommodation plus full admin
If any nights booked are subsequently re-sold, the above cancellation fees will be reduced.
These terms are negotiable, dependant on the time of year and at the owner’s discretion
