  • 3 bedrooms (queen, queen, two single beds) - sleeps 8 including divan in parents retreat.

  • Quilts, blankets & pillows supplied (optional linen purchase available @ $10 per person)

  • The parents retreat on the second level has balcony overlooking Moonta Bay also has a separate room with fold out divan & TV.

  • Spacious living and dining areas with fantastic views over the Bay

  • Self contained kitchen including microwave & dishwasher

      Peak  Xmas - New Year (26 Dec - 31 Jan) & Easter, field days & special events - $350- flat rate
High Nov, Dec, Feb, March & April and all long weekends - $200/ 2 guests with $25 per additional guest per night, capped at $300
Low  May - 31 October - special rates may apply depending on length of stay and time of year.  Please ask at time of booking
 

COSTING CALCULATION: Rate x no. of nights + $22 admin + Cleaning Fee = total price.

 Cleaning: all our properties are professionally cleaned, hence cleaning fee. It is clean for you when you get there and clean ready for next guest.
