Peak  Xmas - New Year (26 Dec - 31 Jan) & Easter, field days & special events - $270- flat rate
High Nov, Dec, Feb, March & April and all long weekends - $155/ 2 guests with $25 per additional guest per night, capped at $270
Low  May - 31 October - special rates may apply depending on length of stay and time of year.  Please ask at time of booking

COSTING CALCULATION: Rate x no. of nights + $22 admin + Cleaning Fee = total price.

 Cleaning: all our properties are professionally cleaned, hence cleaning fee. It is clean for you when you get there and clean ready for next guest.
