    Rates
    Peak  Xmas - New Year (26 Dec - 31 Jan) & Easter, all long weekends, field days & special events - $400 flat rate
High Nov, Dec, Feb, March, April (Excl all long weekends & field days & Special Events) - $200/ 2 guests with $25 per additional guest per night, capped at $300
Low  May - 31 October - special rates may apply depending on length of stay and time of year.  Please ask at time of booking

A $300 bond is required in addition to the nightly rate, cleaning and administration fee. The bond will be refunded after departure and cleaner inspection. (Bond applies to Peak season only)

COSTING CALCULATION: Rate x no. of nights + $22 admin + Cleaning Fee = total price.

 Cleaning: all our properties are professionally cleaned, hence cleaning fee. It is clean for you when you get there and clean ready for next guest.
